Our policy for any refund and return request, or for the option of exchange is determined by the original, one-of-a-kind nature of all our Monaco Bowls designs.
Should you receive your product purchase shipment and any element of the wood design has been damaged in shipping, Monaco Bowls will offer an exchange with these conditions;
Should our customer service office approve your exchange, we will provide a Return Authorization number and you must mark this number on the exterior of the box containing the returning, damaged item. Once received Monaco Bowls will send a new, original bowl or wood product as close to the originally purchased item.
If your purchase is lost in transit and the shipping error can be proven to be the fault of the carrier, Monaco Bowls will first file a claim with the carrier; once we have been authorized for reimbursement of the lost goods, our customer service office will resend a replacement bowl or wood product to you as soon as possible.
At this time all sales are final; we do not offer refunds on original, one-of-a-kind wood bowls, wood pottery or wood decor. If you feel your request deserves attention would be happy to discuss the circumstances with you directly. Submit your request in the form provided and someone will reply as soon as possible.
