Q. Are all your bowls and products one-of-a-kind?

A. Yes, currently all designs created by our artist are original, one-of-a-kind bowls, wood pottery or home decor designs. Some selections are similar due to the grain of the wood, but each item is entirely unique. 

Q. I'm a gallery owner and I would like to offer your designs to our collectors and customers. Are you accepting new retail locations?

A. Yes! We are currently accepting new retail partners and wholesale buyer accounts - you can submit your details on our Become a Monaco Bowls Retail Partner page. 

Q. Is everything I see on your website currently in stock?

A. Any item sold on this website is either marked 'currently in stock' or we will notify you when our artist, Matt Monaco has created new, original wood designs. Our notifications are sent via email the moment the previous 'sold out' items are available once again. 

Q. Do you accept phone orders as well as online?

A. Absolutely! We have our customer service desk available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Arizona time. You can find our contact info on our Customer Service page.

Q. Do you offer a return and/or exchange policy?

A. Due to the original, unique nature of all our wood products, at this time Monaco Bowls offers a 14-day return or exchange policy, however, there are conditions to be authorized for a return, refund or exchange. Please visit our Returns & Exchange page for details. All special, custom orders or specially commissioned designs are not eligible for returns or exchange.

A. You can be 100% confident your purchases are secure and safe. Please follow our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy pages for in-depth details. 

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and coming soon, ApplePay.

Q. What are your shipping and delivery options?

A. As a general rule direct-to-you shipping can take up to 3 to 5 business days for in-stock, original wood merchandise. Out of stock items can take up to 2 or 3 weeks. Special order items typically take 3 to 4 weeks. 

Q. How do I check my order and shipping details?

A. Once you have entered your email address into our system via purchasing on this website, you will be able to head over to the Track My Order page to enter in your order number and email address for the latest status.
